These terms govern your use of vexocore.io and our public services. Customer use of paid services is governed additionally by an executed Master Services Agreement.
1. Acceptance
By accessing this site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please leave.
2. Acceptable use
No reverse engineering, no scraping that interferes with the service, no use that violates applicable law, and no attempts to compromise the security of our systems (we’ll notice).
3. Intellectual property
All content on this site is © Vexocore IT Services Pvt. Ltd. unless otherwise marked. You may quote excerpts with attribution; everything else requires our written permission.
4. Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is” without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VEXOCORE disclaims all implied warranties.
5. Limitation of liability
Vexocore IT Services Pvt. Ltd.’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these free public-site terms is limited to INR 10,000. Liability under a paid engagement is governed instead by the executed Master Services Agreement. Some jurisdictions don’t allow this limit; those terms apply only to the extent permitted.
5A. Paid plans and online purchases
Paid plans, scan credits and one-off reports bought on vexocore.io are billed by Stripe (USD) or Razorpay (INR). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel from your billing page; we email you before an annual renewal. Prices exclude taxes; GST is added for customers in India and shown on the invoice. You may cancel at any time and keep access until the paid period ends. Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. If a payment fails we retry it, notify you, and may pause paid features after 7 days until it succeeds. For paid plans our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
6. Governing law
Laws of India. Disputes resolved in the courts of Rajasthan, India.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new “last updated” date.
